Dr. Arvinder Singh, CMD and CEO of Arth Group, recently delivered a presentation at the 7th National Annual Conference organized by the Association of Practising Pathologists – PATHCON & LAB EXPO 2023. Pathologists from various cities across the country actively engaged in this conference held in Delhi, where Dr. Singh addressed the theme of “Branding and Marketing for Diagnostic Centres.”
During the presentation, Dr. Arvinder Singh articulated the subject in straightforward terms and addressed the 7 P’s of Marketing and Their Application for Pathcare Centres. Dr. Singh emphasized that by implementing these 7 P’s – product, price, place, promotion, people, physical evidence, and process strategies within a diagnostic center, improved services could be delivered to patients at reasonable rates.
Emphasizing the contemporary use of resources such as Artificial Intelligence, Digital Platforms, Virtual Training, and Geo Tagging, Dr. Singh asserted that these technologies can raise the quality of treatment and enable the provision of international-level services.
